How Paradigm's Services Work

First, fill out the "Request for Medical Cost Management Services" form and send it with your medical bill to PMS.

Next, our company will discount the bill accordingly, negotiate an agreed reduction with the provider, and obtain a signed agreement from their representative. The turnaround time is usually within seven days.

You are charged a percentage of the amount you actually saved. There is no charge if no savings are obtained. If your medical bill is deemed fair and reasonable, it will be stamped "Okay to Pay" and returned to your company with no charge for the review.

Detailed reports can be provided to meet your specific needs. Our reports enable you to analyze your medical cost savings so that the value of our expert negotiations is easily measured.
